After the flue gas is recovered and purified by the combustible gas treatment system, it is sent to the high-temperature combustion chamber for oxygen combustion through the induced draft fan. The fully burned hot gas continues to heat the host; The heated exhaust gas is cooled by a vertical cooler and then sent to the cyclone dust collector through the main exhaust fan;
3.When the combustion heat of biomass gas is sufficient for carbonization, the diesel combustion engine can gradually stop until it is turned off, and then only use the self-produced flue gas from the carbonization of raw materials (if the pyrolysis gas of raw materials is insufficient, an external heat source needs to be supplemented). From now on, the equipment can continuously feed and output finished products, entering the continuous carbonization stage. The carbonized finished products enter the cooling screw conveyor and are transported to the storage area after cooling;
4.The excess exhaust gas from the high-temperature combustion chamber is cooled by a horizontal cooler and sent into the cyclone dust collector through the combustion chamber exhaust fan;
5.After being sent to the cyclone dust collector for treatment, the exhaust gas is discharged into the chimney through a fan for discharge;
6.The cooling water used in the cooling system of the above equipment is circulated through a sedimentation tank and reused by a water pump, without being discharged externally;
