Pyrolysis Process for Photovoltaic Panels

The treated waste photovoltaic panels containing organic materials, after physical and mechanical processing, can be directly loaded into a thermal yrolysis processor. Through indirect anaerobic pyrolysis, a small amount of materials such as glass and silicon in the photovoltaic panels are separated from the ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) adhesive. The EVA adhesive is distilled into an oil-vapor mixture, which passes through a multi-stage separator and is condensed via a cooling system to obtain fuel oil. Solid residues remain in the pyrolysis furnace. The exhaust gas and dust emitted from the carbonization pyrolysis processor enter an atomized dust treatment device for processing before being discharged up to standard. Non-condensable gases are treated through a water seal and enter a combustible gas recovery system, where they are burned as fuel for the pyrolysis furnace. The carbonized solid materials are cooled, discharged, and further subjected to physical and mechanical screening to obtain metal materials such as silicon, copper, and silver, as well as glass.
