• How To Choose A Suitable Tire Plastic Pyrolysis Oil Line?

  Please tell us your capacity ,input raw material and what kind of fuel oil do you want to get , pyrolysis fuel oil or diesel oil . After informed that , we will recommend you the most suitable plan.

• Does your dedusting system can reach to National standard ?

  Yes , our plant have been exported to US , Canada , Australia, we have also get CE ,ISO certificates for our plant.

• Can we process mixed material of tire and plastic?

  We don't advise it, because plastic and tire need different processing tempreture also have different oil yield rate and quality.

• What's the advantage of " Three in one"?

• Does the reactor use the burnable gases generated by the pyrolysis process as additional fuel to heat the reactor?

  Yes.The combustible gas generated during the pyrolysis process after the hydroseal desulfurization and imputoty removal, can be used as fuel heating the reactor.

• How many countries you machine have been exported and installed?

• what is the dedusting system?

  In order to meet the emission standards, our dust removal system mainly includes activated carbon adsorption, water spray, ocean ball adsorption and so on.

• What’s the usage of the Pyrolysis oil? Can it be used in vehicles?

  (1) The pyrolysis oil is fuel oil and can be used as fuel in some heavy industry factories, such as glass factory, power plant factory, aluminum factory and so on. (2) If you want to use the oil in vehicles, you may need the distillation plant. It can distill the pyrolysis oil into diesel.
