Malaysia is a core hub of the global rubber industry and generates tens of millions of tons of waste tyres each year. Local environmental authorities impose strict restrictions on open-air incineration and illegal landfilling. The delivered equipment adopts oxygen-free pyrolysis technology with a stable oil yield of over 40%. It can simultaneously produce three high-value products: industrial fuel oil, high-purity carbon black and recyclable steel wire. The system recycles flammable gas generated from pyrolysis for circulating heating, greatly cutting operating costs.
Before delivery, our technical team conducted no-load trial runs, pressure tightness inspections, temperature calibration and safety interlock protection tests. Shipment is arranged only after all indicators meet standards. Upon arrival at the customer’s plant in Malaysia, the equipment can be rapidly installed, commissioned and put into production for quick return on investment.
